Michelle Kamine

My story into real estate isn’t the most traditional, but it is a path that’s led me to what I love!

I graduated from Lafayette College in 2004 with a Psychology degree, and quickly found myself running the marketing departments for a few start up companies in New York City. After a few years in corporate life, I wanted to try working for myself, so I took my interest in marketing, and started a record label, developing a musician. At the same time I got my NY real estate license, and started selling apartments. I was very inspired by the creative musicians in my life, but as someone with zero musical ability of my own, I found myself way more interested in real estate, and the artistry of real estate design. I was officially hooked on all things real estate, and decided to pursue that full time.

While living in NYC, I bought and designed a few condos for myself, and then in 2013, due to a serious horse back riding hobby, I moved to Wellington, Florida and bought a home that was in need of a gut renovation with the intent to sell it. That first small reno project blossomed into 12 + years of building multiple spec homes in Florida, Utah, NY and NJ, and renovating lots of homes, apartments, and even a tiny house on wheels. To date, I’ve sold over 35 million dollars of my own projects!

I recently completed my Interior Design Certification through the New York Institute of Art and Design so that I can offer more substantial benefits to the interior design process. I am also a part time artist, with some of my pieces being featured at the Perseus Gallery in Soho, NYC, and the majority of my work finding wall space or being custom done for my residential design projects.

I have been so fortunate to learn a tremendous amount along the way by surrounding myself with incredible people that have educated me on all aspects of real estate, design, sales and development. I’ve built great teams of amazing architects, builders, tradesmen, and brokers in various locations, and I’m constantly on the hunt for new partnerships, inspiration, techniques, and untapped markets.
